| Beal averaged 8.2 points and 3.2 rebounds per game as a freshman. He made 28.8 percent of his 3-point attempts (23 of 80) and 76.3 percent of his free throw attempts (29 of 38). His father played football at Kentucky State. His mother played basketball at Kentucky State. He has two older brothers playing college football: Brandon is a tight end at Northern Illinois and Bruce is an offensive lineman at Alabama State. |
