| A solid cover corner, Carter has good length and forces opposing QBs to throw near-perfect balls. Needs to add muscle so that he can improve in the area of tackling, because many schools at times employ a Cover 2 scheme. In short, Division 1 Corners will be asked to be physical at some time. Carter had 34 tackles during his senior season, 11 pass breakups and four interceptions. He caught five passes for 82 yards. He was selected to the U.S. Army All-American Game 6A FSWA All-State First Team DB and Mobile Press Register's Super Southeast 120.
Talented cornerback prospect who played opposite 5-star Patrick Johnson as a junior at Ely. He finished the season with 35 tackles, 18 pass breakups, seven interceptions, and four defensive touchdowns. |
