Scarlet Knights moving on Florida RB Premium Story

Rutgers has been active lately in recruiting an rising senior running back out of South Florida. The staff was in to see his film and meet with the coaching staff, and recently the player was informed he could be getting an offer from the Scarlet Knights. There are plans for the player to take an official visit to Piscataway, and we also have a list of his top four schools. Where is Rutgers on it?
