Junior RB Calvin Phillips Commits to Gophers

Cavlin Phillips becomes second verbal for 2011		By Chris Monter Date: Jul 24, 2009 Calvin Phillips, a 6-foot-1, 205-pound junior running back from Momence (IL) High, has become the second player from the Class of 2011 to commit to Minnesota, according to sources close to the program. Phillips attended the Minnesota football camp last month and joins Mahtomedi Tommy Olson as the second commitment for the Gophers.
