Tollackson is one of 15 Big Ten verbals		By Chris Monter Date: Aug 27, 2003 Penn State landed their second commitment when 6-1 guard Mike Walker of Camp Hill (PA) Trinity said that he will play for the Nittany Lions. He is the 23rd player to verbally commit to a Big Ten school, more than any other conference. Indiana has the early lead with four commitments and Iowa and Wisconsin have three verbals each.
