Paul Carter, a 6-foot-8 forward from Missouri State University-West Plains CC who signed his letter of intent with Minnesota, had 21 points and seven rebounds in a 92-84 win over Moberly Area. Carter is averaging 12.6 points per game this season and he has led the Grizzlies to a 26-4 mark. The Grizzlies face Mineral Area Friday in the Region 16 playoffs.
