Royce White, a 6-foot-8 forward from Minneapolis DeLaSalle, had 15 points and grabbed six rebounds as the Islanders lost to Wheatley 64-53 in the Houston vs. the Nation second round contest. White sat out the beginning of the season, missing the first two games of the year. White is considered a must-get recruit for the Minnesota Gophers coaching staff.

Royce White made seven of 14 shots from the field, but was just one of eight from the line in their 64-53 loss to Wheatley. He added six rebounds, three assists and one blocked shots.

White made seven of 18 shots Thursday as the Islanders lost to Kingwood 41-30 and finished with 18 points. He made four of six from the line and had seven rebounds, two assists and two blocked shots.

DeLaSalle is off to an 0-4 start and will face St. Pius at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
