Howard Pulley 17-and-under team won the Sabes Invitational title with a 61-53 victory over the Houston Hoops. Zach Lofton led all scorers with 18 points, including 16 straight for Howard Pulley. Marvin Singleton had 13 points and Isaiah Zierden added eleven.

Keith Frasier led the Houston Hoiops with twelve points as he made four three-pointers. J-Mychal reese and Everett Pleasant added nine points each.
