Zac Epping, a 6-foot-3, 285-pound offensive lineman from Kenosha (WI) Tremper who committed to Minnesota at the end of June, was named to the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State team. Epping made his official visit in October.

Zac Epping helped lead Kenosha Tremper to a 6-5 mark, losing to crosstown rival Kenosha Bradford 56-20 in the first round of the playoffs.

Epping weighs 285 pounds, but hopes to add bulk to get ready for college.

"Just gain as much as I can. Get up to 300, maybe 310."

Epping said that he will not play any winter or spring sports as he plans to concentrate on lifting and getting ready for college football.
