The Minnesota boy's basketball section playoffs started back up Tuesday as Hopkins became the first team to clinch a spot in the state tournament, which will be held March 25-28. Gopher signees Royce White of Hopkins and Rodney Williams Jr. from Cooper have led their teams to a combined 55-1 mark. Cooper will play Osseo Friday. The following is a look at the schedule of the eight sections.

SECTION 1
#4 Winona (16-10) vs. #3 Owatonna (19-9)
Games at Rochester Civic Center held Friday

SECTION 2
#3 Bloomington Jefferson (18-7) vs. #1 Eden Prairie (22-6)
Games at Hopkins held Friday

SECTION 3
#4 Apple Valley (15-12) vs. #2 Eastview (17-10)
Games at St. Olaf held Friday

SECTION 4
.#2 Tartan (24-4) vs. #1 Henry Sibley (26-2)
Games at St. Paul Arlington held Friday

SECTION 5
#2 Osseo (26-2) vs #1 Robbinsdale Cooper (27-1)
Games at Rogers held Friday

SECTION 6
#1 Hopkins (28-0)

SECTION 7
#2 Blaine (14-14) vs. #1 Forest Lake (20-8)
Games at Elk River held Saturday

SECTION 8
#2 Buffalo (23-5) vs. #1 St Cloud Tech (28-0)
