Marcus Alipate Gets Recruiting Looks

Marcus Alipate, a 6-foot sophomore guard from Bloomington (MN) Jefferson, comes from a sports family. Alipate is the younger brother of Gopher commit Moses and the son of former Minnesota Viking Tuneau. He has led the Jaguars to a 3-1 record, losing Saturday to Lakeville South 68-67, despite scoring 31 points. GoldenSports.Net recently caught up with Marcus to learn the latest on his recruitment.

Marcus Alipate is a two-sport standout for Jefferson, playing wide receiver on the gridiron and playing point guard for the basketball team. He is averaging 14.5 points per game for the Jaguars.
