Minnesota Vikings All-State HS Football Team

The Minnesota Vikings have selected their seventh annual high school football team that will be honored at halftime of the Minnesota Vikings-Atlanta Falcons game Sunday. Thirty players were selected to the team, including Minnesota commits Josh Campion from Fergus Falls, Matt Garin of Eastview and Ra'Shede Hageman from Minneapolis Washburn.

In addition to the 30 players selected to the team, Jason Freed of Houston High School, the nine-man state champions, was named the Coach of the Year. The Vikings will award him a check for $2,000 toward his football team. Varmah Sonie of Apple Valley, who was named Minnesota's Mr. Football, will be an honorary captain for the game.
