Ralph Spry Suspended for Two Games

Minnesota head football coach Tim Brewster announced the suspension of sophomore wide receiver Ralph Spry Saturday morning. Spry was replaced in the starting lineup by freshman wide receiver Brandon Green.

"Ralph Spry has been suspended from the team for two weeks, due to a violation of team rules," Minnesota head coach Tim Brewster said. "We'll re-evaluate the situation in two weeks."

Spry is tied for sixth on the team with seven receptions for 63 yards.

Brewster will have no further comment on the matter.
