Eric Decker is Offensive Player of the Week

Eric Decker, a junior wide receiver, was named GoldenSports.net/Outback Steakhouse's Gopher Offensive Player of the Week for his efforts in their 16-7 victory over Indiana. Decker was named GoldenSports.net/Outback Steakhouse's Gopher Offensive Player of the Week for the fourth time this season.

Eric Decker finished with 13 receptions for 190 receiving yards against Indiana. His 53-yard reception in the third quarter gave the Gophers first down at the eight yard line. They scored a field goal three plays later to go up 10-7.

Decker entered the game tied for fifth in the NCAA with his 37 receptions 506 yards. He also has one rushing touchdown on eight carries for 77 yards.
