Former Minnesota Gopher Nhemie Theodore figures to start for the second straight season at Youngstown State. Theodore redshirted at Minnesota in 2004 and did not play in 2005 under Glen Mason as the Gophers made the Music City Bowl both years. He transferred to Youngstown State just before the 2006 season, where he saw action in seven games on defense.

Nhemie Theodore converted to offensive line in 2007 and started all 11 games at right tackle. He played 683 snaps, second most on the offensive line and earned his first college letter.

Theodore came to Minnesota after a standout career at Irvington (NJ) High, the homestate of then head coach Glen Mason. Theodore had 70 tackles, 17 tackles for losses and eight sacks as a high school senior.

Youngstown State finished 7-4 last season.
