Net Gain Wins adidas Gold Division Title

Net Gain Sports defeated Team Puerto Rico 64-59 to win the adidas Gold Division Title in Las Vegas. The Gold Division was for teams that finished third or fourth in pool play.

Net Gain led 59-56 with 18.6 seconds left when Angel Acevedo was hit with a technical foul. Andy Burns hit the two free throws and Chance Creekmur sealed the win with two more shots from the charity stripe.

Sam Dower, who has picked up offers from Penn State and California and could get an offer from SMU, led all scorers with 19 points. Cole Stefan made four three-pointers as he added 18 points. Chance Creekmur scored 12, Trent Lockett added eight and Andy Burns had seven.

Gonzalez led Team Puerto Rico with 15 points and Jezriel de Jesus added 10.
