The Minnesota boys basketball state tournament starts Wednesday with Class AAAA (the largest class) playing at the Target Center. Two of the top three teams in the state, Osseo and Hopkins, were upset in the section finals Tuesday.

Class 4A quarterfinal pairings

Games Wednesday at Target Center

10 a.m.: No. 1 seed Minnetonka (25-3) vs. Bloomington Kennedy (19-8)

Noon: No. 4 seed St. Cloud Tech (27-2) vs. Cambridge-Isanti (19-10)

2 p.m.: No. 2 seed Henry Sibley (24-5) vs. Rochester Mayo (24-4)

4 p.m.: No. 3 seed Cooper (23-6) vs. Burnsville (20-9)

Class 3A quarterfinal pairings

Games Wednesday at Target Center

6 p.m.: No. 1 seed Benilde-St. Margaret’s (26-3) vs. St. Paul Como Park (20-9)

8 p.m.: No. 4 seed St. Michael-Albertville (26-3) vs. Minneapolis Henry (19-10)

Games Wednesday at Maruicci Arena

6 p.m.: No. 2 seed St. Thomas Academy (22-6) vs. Little Falls (14-14)

8 p.m.: No. 3 seed Willmar (23-5) vs. Grand Rapids (13-16)
