Gophers Signee Ralph Sampson III Shines

Minnesota signee Ralph Sampson III continued his strong play as he had back-to-back triple doubles this past week. Sampson has had five triple doubles this season. He was part of a five-man recruiting class that some observers considered the second best in the Big Ten.

Ralph Sampson had back-to-back triple doubles this past week, leading the Titans to two wins. Sampson had 11 points, 12 rebounds and 10 blocked shots in a 42-39 win over Chattahoochee, despite their opponent running nearly a minute off the clock every possession and having the ball for close to 24 of the 32 minutes.

Sampson finished with 18 points, 10 rebounds and 11 blocked shots in a 50-42 win over Alpharetta.

Northview is 14-5 going into a game Monday night.
