Former Minnesota Gopher Miles Webb, a 6-3, 195-pound guard, is averaging a team-best 18.1 points per game this season for Wisconsin-Stout. Webb transfered to Stout after playing at Idaho as a junior, where he averaged 5.1 points and 1.7 rebounds per game for the Vandals. Webb signed with Idaho after playing as a sophomore at North Dakota School of Science and as a freshman at Minnesota.

Miles Webb has led the team in scoring in seven of 12 games this season. He had a season-high 32 points in their 93-89 overtime win in the season opener against Finlandia University. He is shooting 44.6% from the field, 32.4% from three-point range and 78.9% from the line. Webb is averaging a team-best 5.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game.

Webb is one of several familiar faces on the Blue Devil roster, including his former high school teammate Lionel Jones, who was an Assistant Coach at Stout. Former Park Center teammate Dre Jefferson is averaging 5.5 points per game.

Several other Minnesota players are on the Stout roster. Eric Heisler, who is averaging 6.5 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, played at Burnsville along with Ryan Amoroso, and helped lead the Blaze to the Class AAAA title game. Jason Theis of Chaska, played with Spencer Tollackson on a Hawks' team that defeated Burnsville in the state championship. He is averaging 1.6 points per game.

Webb was a Division I NJCAA honorable mention All-American as a sophomore and led NDSCS to the Mon-Dak Conference regular season championship after averaging 18.7 points per game. He was also a first-team all-Mon-Dak Conference selection. Webb shot 36 percent from the three-point line as he made 77 three-pointers on the season. He also shot 40 percent from the floor while averaging over five rebounds per game.

A 2004 graduate of Park Center High School, Webb left as the school's all-time leading scorer. He was an honorable mention Street & Smith's All-American, listed as a USA Today 2004 pre-spring top-100 player, ranked as a top-200 player by Athlons, rated as the 39th best wing in the country by Hoopmasters.com and was a Minnesota Mr. Basketball finalist.

Webb was a three-time all-conference selection and averaged 19.8 points and six rebounds per game as a senior. As a sophomore, Webb averaged 19.1 points and seven rebounds per game while hitting 51 of 125 three-pointers. He set the school record for points (42) and three-pointers made (8) in a single game as a sophomore at Park Center.
