JC QB David Pittman Commits to Minnesota

David Pittman, a 5-foot-11, 190-pound quarterback from Pasadena (CA) CC, has committed to Minnesota after visiting the campus this past weekend, according to sources close to the program. Pittman attended the same junior college as Minnesota head coach Tim Brewster.

David Pittman completed 303 of 453 passes (66.9%) with 35 touchdowns and only 10 interceptions. He rushed 97 times for 572 yards (5.8 yards per carry) with six rushing touchdowns.

Pittman passed for over 2,800 yards and 27 touchdowns with only 10 interceptions as a junior. He also posted 300 yards and three touchdowns on the ground.
