QB Phil Haig reconsidering Minnesota commitment

Phil Haig, a 6-foot-4 quarterback from Mendota Heights (MN) Henry Sibley and one of the state's most versatile athletes, will likely not sign with Minnesota tomorrow, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Haig is expected to take some visits and is considering Illinois, which lost quarterback Clint Brewster to Minnesota.

Phil Haig, a three-year starting signal caller for the Warriors, completed 102 of 173 passes for 1,175 yards with 10 touchdowns and two interceptions this season.
