The Big Ten is off to a solid start in football recruiting. One-hundred-eleven players have already committed to Big Ten schools so far. Illinois leads the way with 17 commitments and Minnesota has 13. Purdue and Indiana have 12 each, while Wisconsin has 11 verbals with a recent de-commitment. Iowa and Ohio State have nine verbals.
