Gophers Find Their Quarterback

Minnesota added their sixth commitment on Monday night as Rockford (IL.) Boylan Central Catholic senior quarterback Demry Croft decided to become a Gopher

The Gophers found their signal caller for the 2015 class as Rockford (IL.) Boylan Central Catholic senior quarterback Demry Croft pledged to Minnesota on Monday night. Croft is an dual threat quarterback and 6-5, 185-pounds has the size and tools to excel at Minneapolis.

Croft confirmed via text with GopherDigest that he did commit to the Gophers. He was well tweeted out this below

"I have decided to further my education at the University of Minnesota #C/O 2015 thank you to everyone who supported me , love you all!"

Croft camped earlier this summer at Minnesota and impressed the coaches to the point of where he earned that scholarship. A lot of speculation came after he received that offer that he could commit soon and it didn't take much time before he did join the fold.

He also held offers from Akron, Buffalo, Colgate, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State and Kent State. He was as well hearing from Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa State, Michigan State, Missouri and Vanderbilt.
