Dixon Talks Gopher Verbal

With just a couple weeks until Signing Day, the Minnesota staff is still busy building their 2013 class. They added the newest member of the group on Friday as Loxahatchee (Fla.) Seminole Ridge linebacker Rayfield Dixon picked the Gophers over offers from Tulane, Louisville, and West Virginia.

Dixon, a 6-foot-2, 190-pounder, gave his commitment to the Minnesota staff on Firday, something he was ecstatic to do. "It feels real good to know that I'm going to be able to go up there and play at Minnesota and play for coach [Jerry] Kill and coach [Bill] Miller and the rest of the Gopher coaching staff," he said.
