As a junior, Webb played in 9 games — recording 110 tackles, three sacks, 3 interceptions and four fumble recoveries for touchdowns.
Webb was named All-State Second Team and Star Tribune All-Metro Second Team. He was also honored with Pioneer Press All-State First Team and All-Conference recognition.
As a sophomore and recorded 74 tackles (49 solo). Webb has recorded a 4.55 40-yard dash, 33.5" vertical and has a 3.0 GPA.
"Recruiting is going really well," Webb said. "I'm taking the ACT soon so hopefully then I'll have an offer after that or sooner."
Although Webb has yet to land his first scholarship offer — there are several teams keeping in contact with the defensive back prospect. He has already attended a junior day at Iowa to check out the Hawkeyes and has junior day invitations from a few schools around the Big Ten.
"I just came from Iowa's just a couple of weeks ago, and I just got invited to Wisconsin's," he said. "The Gophers and Michigan State said that I was going to get an invite."
Webb was excited when he heard of Andre McDonald's commitment to Minnesota. He called McDonald a "real good friend" and said that having a friend already committed moved the U up his list of schools.
If he eventually lands an offer from the home-state Gophers — one member of his family will persuade him to give Minnesota an in-depth look.
"My mom loves the Gophers and wants me to go there, but my dad and older brother want me to wait a little and think about it."
